Report from Baytubers.com:
Wanted to get in some fishing today since there's supposed to be some rain this weekend. Got onto the water around 11am and headed outside the jetty. Conditions were rougher than usual which sucked for me since I ran out of the ol' patch. I felt every wave, ugh... Ginger tablets apparently don't work for me (but I sure got a good taste of 'em each time I burped, heh). Decided to come back into the harbor and trolled around for some 'buts. Nada. I envy you guys who don't have to deal with seasickness...
One bright point was that I got to try out the FF after replacing the transducer. Wow, I actually got readings--fish everywhere (which was starting to drive me nuts until I realized the sensitivity and alarm was still on high LOL). Also got to use the GPS which was really neat. I tracked myself around the harbor, setting waypoints, adjusting the off-course range, etc. Thanks for the FF help guys!
Edit: Oh yeah, also had the milk crate setup... man, makes life much easier.
